You have huge hiring volume coming from the new growth firms (Twitter, Zynga, Facebook) and huge retention battles & hiring from Google, Apple, Cisco, Yahoo!, You don’t have the founders of eBay, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com and Yahoo!
