With my background as CTO of Buy.com, if I wanted to hire a Java or.NET developer, I could do a search on those titles with a keyword, and create a list, constrained to Southern Orange County or Southern California. We then create a sorted and ranked list, based on those scores. I can then see who are the top rated people for that position.

Both groups have different challenges to face and resources to use. They should also know how to read and create coding of HTML, Java and so forth. Cloud computing makes it easier for employees to pull up documents and other projects remotely. They must make sure cloud computing runs smoothly to personal devices.

They also are VERY interesting for background processing tasks that take compute resources or from a storage cloud standpoint. PIM based on Java that would be up-to-date on all your devices. Server and client in Java. Java as a platform wasn't ready to deliver on client side. I would tend to agree.
