I can’t say for sure, but it feels to me like the re-urbanization of technology companies is driven by a broader trend of the tech industry overall – cloud computing. And even … yes … actors. But there does seem to be huge startup energy around the Flatiron District / Union Square. Our lease runs out in 2013.
