It is never as rewarding when you’re the coach (but coaching has many other benefits. They had a prominent NorCal investor already so I thought a SoCal lead would make sense – that I could help them in a more hands-on way. Something happened and it was clear to me that this IE issues was just a smoke screen.

It is never as rewarding when you’re the coach (but coaching has many other benefits ;-). Something happened and it was clear to me that this IE issues was just a smoke screen. It’s the one thing I miss having switched from player to manager – I love the joy of winning and of competing.
