Kotura Acquired By Mellanox

Monterey Park-based Kotura , the developer of silicon photonics and optical interconnection technology, has been acquired by Mellanox , the companies announced Wednesday. Kotura was venture backed by ARCH Venture Partners, GF Private Equity Group, Rockley Ventures, and Viterbi Group. Kotura was founded in 2004.
