It’s hard to get people to take a risk at a startup or for a reasonable salary with all this competition. In San Diego you have Qualcomm so an entire mobile industry has been spawned. Hautelook, Gogii, Magento. And many of the ones that do want to do startups are plotting their one YCombinator company.
