As a creative director at a software development company, I am always looking for ways to speed up our design and development process and to include as many people and teams working on the project. Still, if you've not heard these questions from a developer, they are not helping you as much as they should. What special data, content, APIs, etc. Do you want Flash video, HTML 5 video, or both? Do we want to use something like SendGrid in order to help with delivery? Content access controls? Dismissable?

As a software developer I wrote code on what was called a “dumb terminal” because it literally had no processing capability. It’s central standard was HTML (hyper text markup language) that described how we would show data on computer screens. But for software developers like my company the web was a blessing.
