On Friday, at the LA CTO Forum , I heard from a couple of CTOs having trouble finding good developers. Do you have anyone you could recommend to me, or any resources? Perfect timing. I don’t have specific suggestions for people you can hire. I went back and revise the post. My methods are pretty vanilla.

CEO, VP Products and CTO must all be in the physical location. This is a topic that comes up often in Los Angeles because many CEOs are tempted to hire their tech teams in the Bay Area. I think this splits up critical resources and builds separate cultures in two locations. What about offshoring?
