After five days in Austin for SXSW, I headed to Los Angeles, actually Hawthorne, for Tesla’s Model Y unveiling. The framework of the agreement is expected to include VW making an investment into Ford-backed autonomous vehicle startup Argo AI. The city recently launched a one-year dockless on-demand personal mobility program.
