They started by offering cloud storage (S3) on a super cheap, pay-as-you consume basis. Not IBM, HP, Accenture, Cisco, Salesforce.com or anybody else. Amazon allowed 22-year-old tech developers to launch companies without even raising capital. They came from a different perspective. Amazon changed our industry. Not Google.
