Ventura, California-based outdoor clothing manufacturer Patagonia said Monday that it has made an investment in Teas-based AeonClad Coatings , a developer of water-repellent coatings and other specialty coatings technology. Patagonia is using AeonClad's technology as part of a water-repellent down filling being used in its products.
