Los Angeles-based Pledgeling , which operates an online service to help users make micro- and impulse donations to charities, has named local startup veteran James Citron as CEO. Citron was previously CEO of mobile messaging and marketing firm Outspoken, and prior to that, was CEO and founder of Mogreet, which was acquired in 2013.
