Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne said Friday that it has acquired Belgiumm-based portable X-ray generator company Industrial Control Machines SA. Teledyne said that ICM is based in Liege, Belgium, and supplies portable X-ray generators used for non-destructive testing and on-site security screening.

Thousand Oaks-based Mobicip , a developer of kid-safe, iPhone browsers, said today that it has signed on a school district in Texas to provide an Internet filtering for school-provided iPod Touch devices.
