NeuroVigil said the funding came from an "anonymous American industrialist and technology visionary". NeuroVigil's technology is based on research from the Salk Instutute for Biological Studies. The firm was founded by Dr. Philip Low. It's unclear if those investors continue to have a stake in the firm.
