His message was that he realized he needed to move his girlfriend’s stuff into a storage facility due to apartment flooding. When I was in college ( UCSD, go Tritons !) They built the software. On my meeting he told me about the impact Hurricane Sandy had had on him and his loved ones. I felt bad. Life sucks. It resonated.

One is software, which is very much like software-as-a-service, where we deliver that software to publications and conferences, to enable rich media on their sites. What's the story behind the company--I understand this started at UCSD? We provide rich media to the STM market. Can you describe how that works?
