We invest large sums of our after-tax money into our funds and this gets a long-term capital gain tax rate when we make a profit. I am generally libertarian in nature but I do believe in a social safety net and in helping those who weren’t given the same economic leg up as I and many of my peers had. It is seldom ever mentioned.
