I think because we're a Hollywood town, people haven't taken it all that seriously. What is a net loss for us, is when Sequoia or Benchmark flies down on their corporate jet, meets with a company, and tells them to relocate to Northern California. We're taking it seriously. I'd like to see the community working together.

One or both of your parents may have the personality of an entrepreneur, but if their parents were struggling entrepreneurs who put in long¬-hours and netted meager returns, then your parents may have rejected their latent entrepreneurial tendencies. Hubris might be an entertaining trait for an entrepreneur in a Hollywood movie.
