Shopzilla was then sold, and I worked for a couple of years at the acquirer, Scripps, until 2007. By then, it was obvious that the original thesis behind the acquisition by Scripps was just not there. So, in September of 2007, I got back into it, and we got a group of people going on a new startup, DotSpots.
