Given likely market changes, how will we design and build so that the systems can respond to marketplace changes? What other kinds of capabilities such as graphic design, user interaction, product manager, QA will we need? Who will do that?

They were true to their passion around design and quality, and this has generated countless wins and amazing experiences.
