The housing market is not recovered : Sales in existing homes in the US fell 27.2% Sales fell in every region of the country with the Midwest suffering the worst at 35%. While he is publicly saying that he expects a modestly improved economy in 2011 , it’s hard to be too sanguine when you look at the data.
