Should SaaS companies trade at a 24x Enterprise Value (EV) to Next Twelve Month (NTM) Revenue multiple as they did in November 2021? Probably not and 10x (May 2022) seems more in line with the historical trend (actually 10x is still high). We’ll just wait until companies that last raised in 2019 or 2020 come to market.”

Sure, we built SaaS products before the term even existed but at 31 it was hard to delineate reality from what all of the monied people around us were telling us what we were worth.
