Los Angeles-based advertising software developer SteelHouse is in major executive expansion mode, saying late Monday that it has named Boris Bronshteyn as its Chief Technology Officer, and David U. Smin was previously Chief Marketing Officer at SocialFlow, and also served at Point Roll, Yahoo!, Rovion and Yoyodyne.
