Messenger : Thorsten von Eicken , RightScale’s Co-Founder and CTO, Chief Architect at Citrix Online (formerly Expertcity) and Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University and UC Santa Barbara. He grabbed all the user email addresses I had collected and started talking to potential customers to find out what they wanted to do.
