Eli Aizenstat: I entered into the Design Accelerator, which is an accelerator run in conjunction with the Art Center College of Design and Caltech, in the summer of 2014. Barry was a lead mentor there at Chapman University's Launch Labs, and we paired up. It's the way we're approaching music and content. All are separate.

In particular, funding for companies developing deep technology--software and cloud, as opposed to content and media--seems to be lacking. There''s Caltech, the Claremont Colleges, Harvey Mudd, UCLA. I''m pretty active in all of them as a mentor, and I''m at least a frequent visitors to all of the local accelerators.
