De Luca was most recently the company's Chief Technology Officer, and had previously served as Vice President and Chief Information Executive at Yahoo! Los Angeles-based MyShape , which develops a personalized shopping site for women's apparel, said today that it has named Mercedes De Luca as CEO of the firm.
