Last year I was on Sand Hill Road in Silicon Valley meeting with one of the most prominent venture capital firms in the country. My daily coffee meetings are not surrounded by the Hollywood elite with discussions of scripts, scenes and casting. In San Diego you have Qualcomm so an entire mobile industry has been spawned.
