If you’ve been following the press about VC funds you’ll know this is no small feat. Second, we are announcing officially that we are moving our offices from Century City to Santa Monica. But in Los Angeles, Santa Monica is akin to SoMa in San Francisco, Cambridge in the Boston area or Flatiron / Union Square in NYC.

Los Angeles. And we’re left with a city with idyllic weather, major commerce, the media center of the world, and a great emerging technology scene. But we have a great city for building technology companies. You can find very talented technology executives. People either love it our hate it.

Brad Feld visited Los Angeles this past week. ” Many people on the Westside of Los Angeles are using the term Silicon Beach these days to describe the amazing renaissance that is truly happening here. Let my try those for Los Angeles as an example: Second largest city in America with 13 million people.
