Chatsworth-based MRV Communications said today that it has completed the sale of its CES Creative Electronics Systems SA subsidiary, to a group of European private equity firms led by Vinci Capital SA. MRV said the sale will help it to focus on its core business of network infrastructure equipment and network management products.
