ZestCash, founded by Douglas Merrill, former CIO of Google [Hollywood]. Idealab, led by Bill Gross, who founded Overture, CitySearch and MANY other business [Pasadena]. And because they’ve been so successful / dominant in this space you could argue that even now they could do later stage with this brand if they ever chose to.
