Santa Monica-based equity crowdfunding site Crowdfunder is making it easier for it to work with investors, saying on Monday that it has just received its broker-dealer license to sell securities directly to accredited investors. Crowdfunder said the move will help create a "more seamless solution" for its customers.

Pasadena-based LeisureLInk , which operates an online platform for vacation rental and specialty lodging providers, said Wednesday that it has signed on a Florida luxury resort, Silver Lake Resort. According to LeisureLink, the resort has implemented its booking engine on its web site. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
