My personal favorite and best fit for GRP Partners was Thumbtack. It serves a similar role as Digsby (which I love using) albeit from a social media metaphor rather than an IM metaphor. In addition they are a platform (the OS part) where they’re encouraging developers to build third party apps on their platform.
