I recently hosted a panel at the Twiistup Conference about LA tech companies. I still consistently work very late nights, and one of my favorite parts, is that I can email any number of other founders that are doing the same and walk out of my office and go to dinner/drinks with amazing folks in the tech space right next door to me.

It’s a shame because the ability to nail these presentations at key conferences can be once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to influence journalists, business partners, potential employees, customers and VCs. Also, asking is not appropriate at a marquee conferences like TechCrunch50, DEMO, Twiistup and the like.
