Recently, Santa Monica-based Docstoc (www.docstoc.com) launched a new marketplace on its site, for anyone interested in selling professional documents. We're now doing around 20 million people a month to Docstoc, and wanted to leverate that to create a marketplace where you could buy and sell professional content.
