Social media will be pervasive in the enterprise and is primarily driving by customer interactions. When asked what their objectives are they cite some form of “improving customer communications” by a long margin. We had to develop whole frameworks of “middleware” to deal with this problem.

Learning simple JavaScript in order to build apps on Journey is however quite feasible.
