In between practicing, I actually started and ran my own social network, TripUp, which was later acquired by Sidestep, which is now Kayak. At TripUp, we had lots of user generated reviews and hotels, and we were the first to add user general video to a travel community site. Yes, that's definitely one of the reasons.
