Most big companies initially rejected use of the cloud, just as they rejected SaaS solutions when we launched GoToMyPC in 2001. One of the interesting questions I’m keeping an eye on is at what level users will consume compute resources, in particular, where in the spectrum between infrastructure as a service and platform as a service.
