NeuroVigil Finds More Funding

La Jolla-based NeuroVigil , a developer of brain monitoring tools and technology, said it has received a second financing round. According to the company, the round was led by Howard Morgan, and also included Elon Musk, Tim Draper, and Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Zone Ventures. Size of the funding was not disclosed.
