ThousandOaks-based Teledyne Technologies said today that it has acquired Odom Hydrographic Systems, a Louisiana-based firm developing hydrographic survey instrumentation. Teledyne said that Baton Rouge-based Odom has designs and manufactures equipment for port survey, dredging, offshore energy and other applications.
