Santa Barbara-based RightScale , the venture-backed developer of cloud computing management software backed by Benchmark Capital and Index Ventures, said yesterday that it has launched a new product specifically focused on grid processing. Pricing on the new product was not announced.

Santa Barbara-based cloud computing management software firm RightScale is linking its products into IBM DB2, one of the major enterprise database software packages, the firm said today.
