El Segundo-based PCM said late Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Gardena-based En Pointe Technologies Sale , an independent Microsoft IT solution provider. The asset purchase deal was worth $15M in cash, plus also includes unspecified earnout.

El Segundo-based technology service provider PCM announced this morning that it has acquired En Pointe Technologis Sales , in ann asset acquisition deal. En Pointe was based in Gardena, and provided system integration services; PCM said En Pointe had revenues of $393M for the year ended September 30th, 2014. Riley & Co.
