Chuang is currently Chief Technology Officer at Oversee.net,and also has served at such companies as Yahoo!
Los Angeles- and Taipei, Taiwan-based 17 Media announced Thursday that it has raised $10M in a Series A funding, for the company's video and photo streaming app specifically aimed at entertainers, celebrities, and influencers. The company was co-founded by Jeff Huang, a hip-hop music group founder, and Popo Chen, a Taiwanese app developer.
