San Diego-based e-commerce software developer Ecwid said this morning that it has closed a $5M, Series B funding round. The firm said its technology framework works with NODE.JS, Javascript, ASP.net, Java, PHP, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, and revolves around providing a many-to-many, cloud-hosted messaging system for web applications.
