Ecwid Scores $5M In Series B

San Diego-based e-commerce software developer Ecwid said this morning that it has closed a $5M, Series B funding round. According to Ecwid, the funding was led by iTech Capital, and also included Runa Capital. Ecwid said that Gleb Davidyuk of iTech Capital joins the company''s board with the funding. READ MORE>>.

Realtime Raises $100M, Opens Office In Santa Monica

The new funding came from BRTech Holding, a Sao Paulo-based technology investment firm. The firm said its technology framework works with NODE.JS, Javascript, ASP.net, Java, PHP, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, and revolves around providing a many-to-many, cloud-hosted messaging system for web applications.
