One of my favorite events last year was attending Startup Grind where I got to interview Clayton Christensen, author of The Innovator’s Dilemma. What I enjoyed was that Derek did his homework on me and allowed me to talk about a lot of personal topics, which I rarely have the chance to do. I grew up in Northern California.
