Leads360 Snags CTO From LiveOffice

Los Angeles-based Leads360 , which develops sales automation software, said this morning that it has named Mark DuVall as its Chief Technology Officer. DuVall joins the company from LiveOffice, which was recently acquired by Symantec. Leads360 develops software which is used to help manage sales leads for companies.

The “private sale” market phenomenon was started in France by Vente-Privee (literally means “private sale”) and was replicated in Germany by BrandsforFriends. Time will tell.
