I hesitate to write about design, as I have never considered myself to be a "color or font" person. Good thing I was never entrusted with product design. Their focus on ease-of-use form over function resulted in a series of products that defeated stalwart incumbents, including marketing-leader Symantec.

I was sitting on the board at LiveOffice, which was funded by Summit Partnres, and was just sold to Symantec two weeks ago. That ended up as a $200 million sale to Microsoft. One was for our PhoneID product, which is extremely important to us. I was actually introduced to the Telesign founders through Summit Partners.
