Where I think Robert’s comments are slightly wrong is that AngelList is a net positive for VCs. Prices are crazy, behavior is turning herd-like and deals are being evaluated too quickly and terms are skewing toward the inane. 2011 is one big cocktail party all over again. I’m sorry, but that’s dumb.
