NantHealth reported a net loss of $71.6M in total revenues for 2015. NantHealth said it intends to list on the NASDAQ Global Market as NH. The IPO is being underwritten by Jeffries, Cowen and Company, First Analysis Securities Co., The filing is the first IPO filing for a Southern California technology firm so far in 2016.
