Better Business Bureau? For who?

When I got there, two complaints were showing, both from 2008. I checked with our Director of Delight and she assured me we gave a full refund to both and that we formally responded to this within the required time, but the BBB website had a technical issue. Please advise. Can you please advise how to remedy these issues.

We moved into the legal process and final due diligence in January and February of 2000. History repeated itself in September 2008 with that market crash. Push hard to set up the technical reviews, the due diligence meetings, the reference calls – whatever. They accepted my argument. I’ve done it.
