I had witnessed a number of early-stage tech startups in LA raise seed capital from the Bay Area and relocate. It was 2009 and it was terribly difficult to get any financing (if you can remember a time like that!) We have witnessed one hell of a startup boom from 2009-2014 which has coincided with the boom in accelerators.
