Good idea & plan: You must start with a good idea and a PowerPoint deck (my outline is here , scroll down mid way). I’m a software guy so I’m sure there are cases where building isn’t feasible. And a great product starts with the founder. Their name alone is enough to get meetings set up. I get that.
